The IM9201 is a high frequency SMD test fixture for the IM7580 series impedance analyzers that delivers ultimate flexibility by supporting 6 different SMD package sizes.
The Test Fixture Stand IM9200, the Adapter IM9906, and the Calibration Kit IM9905 (sold separately) are required when using the Test Fixture IM9201 with the Hioki IM7580 series.
