Depending on the input voltage to be measured, the probe with the optimal pitch can be selected for maximum sensitivity. The division ratio is automatically recognized on Rohde & Schwarz oscilloscopes.
The oscilloscope probe is designed for effective voltages up to 1000 V (CAT II) and - for pulse measurement only - for peak voltages up to 6000 V (CAT I). The accessories include safety crocodile clips, fixed and springy measuring tips and safety caps.
