Easy deskewing for simultaneous current and voltage measurements: For meaningful measurements on power electronics, there must be no time delay (skew) between the current and the voltage measurements. The RT-ZF20 power deskew and calibration test fixture provides a variety of test signals that can be used to easily compensate for the skew between Rohde & Schwarz current and voltage probes. Power to the power deskew and calibration test fixture is supplied via the oscilloscope's USB port.
